Travel towards Warren on E. Market St.

Travel approximately 3/4 mile to traffic light at Mahoning Ave. Veer left at the Church.

Continue on Mahoning Ave approximately 1/2 mile to Perkins Dr.  Turn Right onto Perkins Dr. which dead ends into the park.
