Travel towards Warren (East) on St Rt 5 exiting at West Market St.

Continue towards Warren (East) for approximately3 miles. Veer Left onto East Market.

Turn left at traffic light (at courthouse) onto Main Ave. Travel approximately 3/4 mile to traffic light at Mahoning Ave. Veer left at the Church.

Continue on Mahoning Ave approximately 1/2 mile to Perkins Dr.  Turn Right onto Perkins Dr. which dead ends into the park.
